What Does this Mean?
It means that we are dedicated to sustainable practice and it is a priority for us both internally and when we run events and trainings.
Following policy on the 10th June 2019 we have: - Attempt to reduce plastic waste and increased sustainable food products at events and executive committee meeting. - Run quarterly rubbish clean ups around the city. - Starting conversations with Christchurch City Council to work in collaboration with their Declaration of a Climate Emergency. - Held a sustainability market with young entrepreneurs and an emphasis on sustainable products.
