 CYC got in on the Long Term Plan public consultations being run by both ECAN and CCC regarding their future plans for Chch. Read what we had to say to CCC here and here. Our submissions whizz James put the document together based on consultation with groups of young people at a Youth Voice Canterbury Youth Connect event, in person at schools and via an online survey. We also partnered with Student Volunteer Army for this one. James and Jack then spoke to this submission at the CCC public hearings! It was great to see the Councillors engage in the type of witty banter James is perfect at. Well done to Jack for giving every Councillor the winning smile!
