YC's Alison and Hamish (before leaving us...sob!) travelled to the North Island on 16th-19th November to do some serious thinking about local government at the LocalNZ workshop.
In collaboration with other young people aged 18-25, their work culminated in a presentation given at Parliament (Hamish is at 22:10 and Alison is at 26:50) and the creation of a rather pretty-looking report which is available online now at: http://mcguinnessinstituteblog.org/2014/12/19/a-youth-statement-on-regional-goals-available-online/
